In all seriousness, the recipe in this video for Thai Massaman curry looks just awesome so have a watch and get to the kitchen. I was making a curry just the other day actually and the flavours that you get from curries are simply unbeatable! I absolutely love them.
Poo, the master mind behind this dish, has quite a story. Originally selling food from her home in the largest slum in Bangkok, Poo, through help of a friend working for a Christian ministry in the slum, has gone on to inspire thousands of people in her community and around the world with her food. From not being able to speak a word of English, she has started her own "live-in" cooking school which is often completely booked for weeks! And recently, Poo has published her very own hilariously titled, best-selling cookery book, Cooking with Poo! So, in the words of Poo her self, "Come on everybody, smile!
